Welcome to the 3rd of our ‘Farm to Plate’ degustation series with matching cocktails – ‘Bringing home the Bacon’.
We are very excited to be teaming up with our good friends from Bacardi, as each cocktail will be based from a selection of their premium products and expertly designed to complement each dish.
We will be offering up a sumptuous pork inspired four course degustation with matching cocktails. Each course will be explained by our head chef and the accompanying cocktail will be expertly constructed in front of you for a most delicious and informative evening.
“This is crackling me up” Salt and vinegar dusted pork crackle, bacon aioli
“I like pig butt’s and I cannot lie” Smoked pork rump, honey & bourbon glaze, corn bread stuffing, pumpkin puree
“I can belly eat another thing” Crispy pork belly, green apple gel, sticky caramel jus, black pudding, parsnip puree
“Bacon me some cheesecake” Maple cheesecake, bacon gel, candied bacon, walnut cookie crumb, bourbon caramel
