Like to join the Committee?
The FSBA are always keen to welcome new members to the Committee. Please be aware, if joining, the commitment is one meeting a month (between 1 hour and 1 ½ hours long) and occasionally extra help supporting Alli.

Return it to Alli at info@fitzroystreetstkilda.com.au, along with a short outline on:
- why you’d like to join,
- what skills/experience you can bring to the committee, and
- if you have any previous board/committee experience
Nominations must be received by Mon, Oct 14, 2024.
Please note that the constitution only allows for 8 members max so not everyone may be able to join the Committee. In this instance, if we have more nominations than positions, the Committee will determine the successful applicants taking into account industry representation and what they bring to the table. Members will be announced at the AGM.
Please note, involvement in the collaborative marketing levy doesn’t automatically make you a member. You need to complete this form to join the member register and follow instructions in form for submission. This will then give you the right to vote at AGMs.
If a member is unable to attend the Annual General Meeting, the member may complete this proxy form to authorise another member to vote on the absentee’s members behalf.
