The George Ballroom is a historic event space located on the first floor of The George Hotel in Fitzroy Street St. Kilda.

The George Hotel was built in 1857 with the addition of the grand ballroom in 1886 originally functioning as a tea room and popular wedding venue. The Ballroom has re-opened in 2015 after a nine year hiatus and extensive restoration of the iconic hand painted ceilings and walls.

The timeless ballroom is from the classic Victorian era with Corinthian wall pilasters, stain glass windows and brass & etched glass gasoliers.
