The Victorian Pride Centre is Australia’s first purpose-built home for LGBTIQA+ communities, a safe and inclusive space for all. More than bricks and mortar, the Centre stands as a powerful physical manifestation of pride in Victoria. It honours and celebrates our communities’ courageous and, at times, challenging past, while paving new directions for a vibrant future. Within its walls are practical and supportive services, advocacy organisations, affirming spaces, and opportunities for connection.
The Victorian Pride Centre houses major and important LGBTIQA+ resident organisations, and provides flexible and multi-use spaces for hire, including, meeting rooms, rooftop terrace, co-working spaces, a theatrette and gallery.
The Centre serves as a hub for LGBTIQA+ groups and organisations to share ideas and resources and to further their work in supporting equality, diversity and inclusion across the state.
